Use sulphate free and paraben free shampoo along with product. Do not apply shampoo directly on scalp, first wet your hair with lukewarm water, apply a small amount of shampoo into your hand and rub your palms together to create a lather. Then, apply the lather directly to your scalp and massage gently with your fingertips, avoiding harsh scrubbing or using your nails. Once the shampoo has been massaged into your scalp, rinse it out completely with lukewarm water.
